An excellent opportunity for an experienced sales person in a local independent construction hire company.
Working as part of the team, your role will be to generate leads, convert them to customer and maintain relationships with the new and existing customers whilst maximizing profitable sales.
We pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and you will be expected to liaise with others within the business to ensure this is done effectively and efficiently.
A part of this customer facing role, you will also be responsible for dealing with all demands from the customer including:-
• Lead Generation using various techniques
• Presales activities (site visits, assessments, quotations, tenders, Requests for Information, etc)
• Setting up accounts, assessing credit limits, chasing outstanding payments,
• Post-Sales activities (resolving customer’s complaints, follow ups, relationship management, etc)
• Weekly performance reports on lead generation, conversion rates and customer relationships.
As part of the team, you will be able to rely on support from different parts of the business, but equally you may be required to undertake other tasks to deal with peaks and troughs within the business cycle.
