We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Agent to help customers find the right medical travel insurance solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, enjoys helping others, and is driven by sales targets.

• Handle inbound calls to assist customers in selecting the appropriate medical travel insurance.
• Provide comprehensive cover options to travellers, including those with complex medical conditions.
• Work towards achieving set sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Participate in full sales training and be prepared to work some weekend shifts.
• Operate within a team environment to enhance customer satisfaction and reach company goals.

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, particularly in sensitive situations involving medical conditions.
• Resilient and empathetic, capable of handling delicate conversations with professionalism.
• Minimum of 1 year in a sales role, preferably in a service-driven environment.
• Adaptable and skilled in addressing and resolving customer concerns effectively.

• Competitive base salary with a guaranteed £250 monthly training bonus for the first 6 months.
• Uncapped monthly commission with average additional earnings between £6,000 and £15,000 annually.
