We are seeking motivated Sales Agents with experience in call centre/sales environments to join our UK team. Full-time, permanent position with hybrid working and competitive incentives available as part of global company growth. 

Starting salary: £25,000  per year (OTE £45,000 - £70,000) 

Start date: 22nd September 2025

What you will be doing: 

• Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries for life insurance products 
• Provide accurate information on products that is clear, fair and becoming of our commitment to treating customers fairly 
• Meet and exceed individual and company targets across sales and quality assurance 
• Help and support our customers, giving them the peace of mind knowing that  those who matter most to them are protected 

Who we want:

• Experience working within a sales role or customer service environment, preferably in a call centre 
• Target driven
