Overview:

If so, we would love you to apply for one of our exciting Sales Advisor opportunities in our St Neots office.
Responsibilities:

Lifesure are based in St Neots with free onsite parking and plenty of surrounding amenities.
Our working hours are Monday – Friday 8am-6pm in a shift pattern with 1 in every 3 Saturdays required.
Our salary starts at £23,000 with opportunities to earn bonuses.

We have a 6-month ongoing structured training programme and a dedicated training team to ensure you have all the support you need to be successful.
This is a permanent role.

A Bit About the Job:
In this role, you will be one of several sales advisors who play an integral part of the business. Your Responsibilities will be:
Taking inbound calls from both new and existing customers regarding their specialist insurance policies.
Able to effectively communicate with customers who are potentially in a vulnerable situation and be able to demonstrate empathy and resilience.
Retain customers and upsell products you feel would be beneficial to them.
Build a rapport with each customer and gather the right information to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Manage your own diary and be able to input information into systems accurately.
Qualifications:

This role requires you to have customer service experience.
We are open to customer service from any sector including retail and hospitality.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
An empathetic nature.
Motivation with a passion for sales.
A soft and personable phone manner.
Eligible to work in the UK.
