The Role

As a Sales Ambassador, you'll be the face of the store - welcoming customers, offering tailored advice, and closing sales. You'll take pride in creating an outstanding customer experience while achieving (and exceeding) sales targets.

What You'll Do

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations

Drive sales across a wide range of home and lifestyle products

Consistently achieve personal and team targets

Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business

Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience within homeware, DIY, automotive, or other consultative retail sectors

Strong communication and customer service skills

A natural ability to influence buying decisions and build rapport

Target-driven with a passion for achieving results
