Watford – 1-2 days a week on site

£55,000 - £58,000 + bonus, PHC, excellent pension & much more!

Elevation IT, Tech & Data are exclusively recruiting on behalf of a well-established international business for a Sales Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce optimisation and sales performance through technology and data.

This role is central to executing local and regional commercial strategies by improving salesforce processes, systems, and data insights. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and the Regional Commercial Excellence teams to enhance sales planning, execution and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation and enhancement of Salesforce CRM across the divisions.
• Lead segmentation, targeting and territory management efforts
• Align opportunity management and pipeline tracking within Salesforce
• Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights to commercial teams
• Support the design and rollout of sales incentive plans
• Manage onboarding and CRM training for sales teams
• Coordinate and execute commercial excellence projects with cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM (ideally in a sales operations or commercial excellence role)
• Solid understanding of sales analytics, planning, and performance tracking using data visualisation platforms: ideally Power BI/Tableau
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive process adoption
• Experience in a B2B healthcare organisation or fast-paced commercial environment preferred
