What will you do as a Sales & Account Manager?

* Manage warm inbound enquiries from first contact through to close

* Conduct consultative discovery calls to qualify and convert new business

* Lead client kickoff meetings and ensure a smooth transition into delivery

* Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for long-term growth

* Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience

* Share market feedback to help improve sales processes and lead conversion

What do you need as a Sales & Account Manager?

* Proven success in a consultative sales or business development role

* Experience running discovery calls and closing new business

* Strong objection handling and negotiation skills

* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

* Highly organised with a proactive, target-driven approach

* Experience selling digital marketing services would be advantageous
