Our client is seeking an organised and customer-focused Sales & Admin Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

As the Sales & Admin Assistant, your duties will include:

* Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration.

* Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.

* Providing excellent customer service.

* Processing sales enquiries and customer orders.

* Preparing quotations and relevant documentation.

* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.

* Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

* Supporting general office administration as required.

* Following up on enquiries and assisting with sales activities.

An ideal candidate for the Sales & Admin Assistant role will have:

* Previous sales, customer service, or administration experience.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Good IT and computer skills.

* A professional and customer-focused approach.

* The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

* Strong teamwork and communication skills.

* A reliable, proactive, and hardworking attitude.

Ideally, you will have experience within a similar sales or administration position. Interviews will take place following a registration process by PureKat Consultancy Ltd.
