About the Role
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Sales and Administration Manager to lead a high-performing telesales and admin team. This pivotal role is focused on delivering revenue growth through structured outbound and inbound sales strategies, driving team productivity, and enhancing customer engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing B2C and B2B sales across multiple sectors including retail, commuter, hospitality, and leisure. The primary focus is on growing recurring revenue through season ticket sales and associated products, leveraging a site-by-site commercial approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a telesales and administration team to achieve set revenue and volume targets.
Set and monitor KPIs for outbound sales activity; ensure all leads are followed through.
Drive appointment setting for field sales and ensure productivity from the admin team.
Oversee the sales of parking-related products across key sectors.
Analyse and report on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity.
Implement yield strategies to drive profitability.
Conduct regular one-to-ones, set annual objectives, and provide tailored training and coaching.
Support digital migration initiatives (e.g. app/web platforms).
Ensure timely responses to customer enquiries and oversee the quality of web chat interactions.
Maintain accurate records via CRM systems and ensure customer data integrity.
Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategy accordingly.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in managing sales teams, preferably in a telesales or customer service environment.
A clear understanding of the full sales cycle and the ability to set and deliver on KPIs.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrable experience in outbound sales strategy and performance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
A professional, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to adapt and drive change.
Experience in conducting performance reviews and identifying development areas.
Results-oriented, with strong planning, organisation, and analytical skills.
