We’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to drive growth across the UK within the intralogistics and warehouse automation sector.

This is a solution-led, consultative sales role where you’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing complex, long-cycle deals, and working closely with international engineering teams to deliver tailored automation solutions across grocery, retail, e-commerce and logistics environments.

What you’ll be doing:

Winning and developing new business across the UK market
Managing full sales cycles from lead generation to contract award
Building relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders
Working with international engineering teams to shape technical solutions
Driving strategic growth across key target sectors What we’re looking for:

Experience in B2B sales / business development / key account management
Strong background in solution-based or capital equipment sales
Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder skills
Background in intralogistics, automation, supply chain or material handling What’s on offer:
