Job Description - Sales & Business Development Manager – Europe (Lubricants)
Ref: 23571 Job Title:Sales & Business Development Manager – Europe (Lubricants) Your New Salary:£35K-40K Location:London, The City Permanent/ Full-time Hybrid Start:ASAP What You'll be Doing: * Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies across European markets. * Add new markets . * Identify and secure new business opportunities, distributors, and strategic partnerships. * Manage and support existing distributors, importers, and key accounts. * Drive annual sales targets, profitability, and market share growth. * Lead some internal projects to grow the business and improve operations . * Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and pricing reviews. * Prepare business plans, forecasts, and budget proposals. * Make presentations and trainings to customers . * Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns. * Collaborate with technical, supply chain, and headquarters teams to support customer requirements. * Negotiate commercial agreements and distribution contracts. * Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events across Europe. * Monitor market trends, customer needs, and industry developments. The Skills You'll Need to Succeed: * Business, Sales ,Marketing, or related field. * Practical experience or knowledge in the lubricants, automotive aftermarket, oil & gas, or related industry, with the ability to apply relevant industry knowledge effectively. * Proven track record in sales management and business development across multiple European markets. * Strong understanding automotive aftermarket channels, and distribution networks. * Experience managing distributors, importers, and key accounts. * Excellent commercial, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Strong analytical and strategic planning capability. * Ability to travel extensively within Europe. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. * Fluent in English, additional European languages would be advantageous. * Communication and presentation skills * Experience within international lubricant brands. * Knowledge of passenger car, commercial vehicle, industrial, and specialty lubricant markets. * Experience working in multicultural and multinational environments * Analytical skills If your application is successful, you will be contacted within 7 days.
