Sales & Contracts Manager – Scotland

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Sales & Contracts Manager within the industrial weighing equipment sector. This field‑based role covers Scotland, supporting the promotion and sale of a comprehensive range of weighing systems across manufacturing, logistics, engineering, chemical, food and recycling industries.

Key Responsibilities

Technical system specification — confidently advising on solutions from simple installations to complex integrated systems

Territory management with minimal supervision

*

Account development — maintaining and expanding existing client relationships

*

Dormant client re‑engagement

*

New business development across all relevant industrial sectors

*

Consistently achieving sales targets and contributing to overall business growth

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

Relevant engineering and commercial qualifications

*

A proven track record in technical sales

*

Experience within weighbridges, general weighing systems or process weighing (highly desirable)

*

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

*

A self‑motivated, target‑driven approach

Location

The territory covers Scotland. Candidates living centrally within the region are preferred, although this is not essential.
