Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, and social media) to answer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Provide product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions.
Process orders using bespoke CRM system.

Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve processes.
Document customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.What We're Looking For:
