We're working with a well-established and growing business in Dunfermline who are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to become a key part of their team. The Role 🚀
This is a fast-paced, varied position where you'll sit at the centre of operations - keeping customers happy, schedules running smoothly, and the sales team fully supported.
You'll be responsible for:
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, delivering a friendly and professional service Coordinating engineer diaries and scheduling appointments efficiently Preparing and sending customer quotes, and proactively following them up Raising invoices accurately and managing related admin Handling customer queries and resolving complaints with confidence and care Supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination and adminAlongside this, you'll be encouraged to:
