Sales & Developement Executive - Freight Forwarding

A long standing freight forwarding business are searching for a Sales & Development Executive to join their team.

Specialising in import and export of all types of cargo using multi-modal methods (air, road, sea and rail).

Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)

Salary: £27,500 - £32,500 + Commission

Do you have experience working within freight sales and looking to bring your skills to a new team?

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source new business opportunities, from your own leads and those provided by the Sales and operations teams
• Develop new sales across LCL/FCL, sea, air, and road freight
• Client meetings - both in person and by video call
• Prepare quotes and contracts
• Follow up on all quotes
• Build strong, long lasting relationships
• Ad-hoc sales duties
