Job Description - Sales and Export Administrator

Are you an experienced Sales and Export Administrator? Do you have experience working within a highly regulated environment? I want to talk to you!

I am looking for an experienced Sales and Export Administrator to join an exciting client of mine who predominantly support the Commercial and Military Automotive market. You will be responsible for coordinating exports, maintaining records, supporting Sales, ensuring compliance, and demonstrate organisational, analytical, and multitasking skills. Due to the nature of the work, you must hold a British passport.

Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 7:30am – 12:30pm

Job Description

Manage export shipments, ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance with regulations, and maintaining comprehensive records.
Assist Sales teams with data management, internal and external coordination, and providing outstanding support to customers in the UK, Europe, and USA.
Build strong communication channels with customers and colleagues, promoting effective cross-department collaboration.
Demonstrate excellent multitasking, organisational, and analytical abilities, alongside strong attention to detail and IT proficiency.
Pursue continuous personal and professional growth while consistently meeting deadlines and workload demands.
