Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and letting properties, ensuring a seamless experience for both landlords and tenants.
• Actively network and develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice and guidance.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire process.
• Ensure comprehensive and accurate property listings online and offline, driving maximum exposure and interest.
• Manage a portfolio of properties, maintaining regular communication with landlords and tenants.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and lettings within the property sector.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and commitment to client satisfaction.
