• Realistic on-target earnings of £30,000 (Uncapped)

• Booking and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers
• General administrative tasks
• Arranging valuations
• Registering applications
• Managing tenancy applications and move-ins

To be considered for the Sales and Lettings Negotiator role, you should have:

• A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Sales or Lettings Negotiator
• A local presence in Bury St. Edmunds
