Due to expanding, they’re looking for enthusiastic Sales and Lettings Negotiators to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As a Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be the face of the company. guiding clients through their property journey with expertise, energy, and exceptional service. From conducting viewings to negotiating deals, you’ll play a vital role in both their sales and lettings departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering buyers and tenants, and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing timely feedback
• Negotiating offers and progressing deals through to completion
• Liaising with landlords, vendors, and applicants
• Ensuring all activities comply with current legislation and company procedures
• Supporting the team with general office duties and administration

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in estate agency preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A professional, confident, and friendly manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive and target-driven approach
• Full UK driving licence and own transport required
• A desire to commit to a full time career within their industry
