Basic Salary: £30,000 | OTE: £65,000+

Are you an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a well-established independent estate agency based in the beautiful Totteridge area of North London, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, high-performing team in a lovely office environment.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of sales and lettings properties, working with both vendors and landlords to secure successful transactions while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting viewings and market appraisals for both sales and lettings
• Negotiating offers and closing deals efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Generating new business through referrals and local networking
• Maintaining accurate records and progressing sales/lettings through to completion

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in residential sales and lettings
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• A proactive, driven, and customer-focused mindset
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
