Join one of London’s most respected land, development, and investment property consultancies! Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the Managing Director and help drive high-profile property transactions through to completion.
About the Role:
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end property sales process. From managing listings and CRM data to coordinating marketing materials and liaising with clients, solicitors, and agents — you’ll be at the heart of one of London’s most dynamic boutique property firms.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the progression of property sales, liaising with solicitors, agents, brokers, and buyers
Manage property listings across online portals, ensuring accuracy and high visual standards
Communicate with clients to provide updates and respond to enquiries promptly
Prepare and review key sales documentation: offer letters, heads of terms, and sales memorandums
Maintain accurate CRM data and internal records for leads and transactions
Assist with marketing activities including brochures, advertising boards, and online campaigns
Coordinate property viewings and help manage scheduling logistics
Ensure Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance is met on all transactions
Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director on new and ongoing deals
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience in a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Progressor role, preferably in property, development or land
Solid knowledge of the UK property sales process, including AML regulations
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Confident with property CRM platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Able to manage multiple transactions under pressure
Qualifications:
Background in property, estate agency, investment, or development preferred
Relevant qualifications in real estate or property management are a plus
