About the Role

Our client is looking for a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join their Brighton team, supporting face-to-face marketing campaigns and customer acquisition activity across retail environments, events, pop-ups, and local promotions.

You’ll represent brands directly to customers, help increase awareness of products and services, and use strong communication skills to turn marketing conversations into new customer opportunities.

Previous experience is not essential, with full training and ongoing coaching provided.

Key Responsibilities

Represent brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns

Introduce products, services, and promotional offers

Engage with customers and generate interest

Identify potential customers and new opportunities

Deliver engaging product and service presentations

Build awareness through direct customer interaction

Answer questions and communicate key campaign messages

Generate leads and customer enquiries

Work towards individual and team sales targets

Provide feedback on customer responses and campaign activity

Represent clients professionally at all times

Training & Progression

Training will cover sales, marketing, customer engagement, lead generation, communication, and campaign strategy.

As you develop, you can progress into Senior Sales & Marketing Assistant, Team Leader, Sales Trainer, Campaign Manager, and management roles.

Experience in sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, events, or fundraising is beneficial but not essential.
