Salary: c. £150,000 depending on experience + Share Options & performance-related Bonus

The role:
• We are working with a well-established manufacturer and supplier in the packaging sector to appoint a Sales & Marketing Director.
• This is a rare opportunity to lead the commercial function of a business with a strong UK client base and growing international reach.
• The client is looking for a senior sales & marketing professional to own sales and marketing strategy, drive revenue growth, and build the brand in a competitive market.
• You will work closely with the leadership team, shaping the company’s direction while leading and developing a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Senior sales and marketing leadership experience, ideally within the packaging sector
• A proven track record of delivering measurable revenue growth and building teams
• Strong commercial acumen, balancing long-term brand building with short-term sales targets
• Excellent relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders
• A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, practical approach
• Strong track record of sustained achievement and a commitment to building lasting success in previous roles
