Key Responsibilities

You will provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Team by:

• Preparing Customer Quotations, Pricing, Contracts and T&Cs
• Supporting with new product introduction, product launches and changes to existing products
• Building excellent marketing knowledge including competitor products and pricing
• Assisting with category plans and market mapping
• Using Canva to produce marketing material
• Updating and maintaining company websites
• Using Google Analytics to report on performance of website and marketing campaigns
• Producing high quality customer presentations for the sales team to support sales pitches and tenders

Ideal Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in a sales support / marketing support role
• Drive and ambition to progress a career within Sales and Marketing
• Experience working alongside a sales team in a B2B environment
• Good knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
• Experience using Canva for creating marketing materials
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Organised with attention to detail
• Great cross functional collaboration and communication skills
