Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the dynamic world of corporate finance? Join our client, an ambitious corporate finance partner, as a Sales Origination Executive and play a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel growth!

Location: Hybrid, based near Newbury, Berkshire
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time

Role Overview
As a Sales Origination Executive, you'll collaborate closely with the Client Development Director and Sales & Marketing Director. Your primary focus will be on nurturing, qualifying, and progressing leads from various channels to fuel our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Engagement: Foster strong relationships with strategic partners by nurturing leads and ensuring a responsive and high-quality experience.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Take the initiative to engage with Marketing-generated leads, qualifying and progressing them into booked meetings.
  • Meeting Booking: Efficiently manage diaries and schedule Teams/sales meetings for the Client Development Director and Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Event Prospecting: Connect with attendees post-events to secure their attendance for upcoming opportunities.
  • CRM Ownership: Diligently maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: utilise phone, LinkedIn, and email to effectively nurture leads and progress opportunities.

Experience Required
While we welcome diverse backgrounds, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in business development, inside sales, sales support, or marketing (preferably in a B2B or professional services context).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • A proven track record of booking meetings, generating qualified leads, or managing prospecting activities.
  • A willingness to embrace AI technology.
