Sales & Marketing Executive

To develop new business opportunties and bring on partners in UK & Ireland. Product range to include, managed recruitment services, organisational development initatives, bespoke design of assessments, recruitment & selection process including worflow. Meet company Sales & Marketing objectives within the business plan. Develop, grow and maintain commercial relationships by strong account management, business development and networking.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1)            Develop a potential client list of HR & Recruitment Consulting Companies (potential Partners).

2)            Identify key business opportunities for MindMIll products & services within in the

               specific territory.

4)            Develop the Marketing function in the market, in line with the growth of the overall business.

5)            Provide monthly statistical reports to deadlines, setting out trends, sales performance utilising

               the company CRM system.
