Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through proactive business development, lead generation and strategic marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to increase brand awareness, generate qualified enquiries and support continued business expansion across multiple office locations.

As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and referral partners.

* Generate and qualify new business opportunities.

* Follow up marketing enquiries and convert them into appointments.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.

* Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns.

* Manage social media channels to increase engagement and brand awareness.

* Coordinate email marketing campaigns and client communications.

* Produce marketing materials, newsletters and promotional content.

* Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting with recommendations for improvement.

* Identify new marketing opportunities and emerging trends.

* Organise and coordinate networking events, seminars and exhibitions.

The ideal candidate will be:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Sales and Marketing role.

* Demonstrable success in outbound business development and cold calling.

* Experience planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns.

* Strong knowledge on all digital platforms

* Experience organising and attending networking or promotional events.

* Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven approach.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
