Sales and Marketing Executive

We are representing a well-established dealership in Halesowen, West Midlands, seeking a highly skilled and motivated sales and marketing executive. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience within the motor trade industry to develop their career within a reputable dealership. The position offers a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 plus performance-based bonuses and is based on Monday to Friday hours. Part-time options may also be available.

Manage and develop the dealership’s online presence across social media platforms
Monitor and enhance the online reputation of the dealership
Create and implement social media marketing campaigns to promote products and services
Engage with customers via social platforms to increase visibility and customer interaction
Book test drives, arrange appointments, and follow up on leads
Respond to customer comments and inquiries on review websites and social channels
Provide feedback based on customer interactions and enquiries to improve dealership services
Assist with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and managing correspondenceRequirements of the sales and marketing executive:

Strong knowledge of the motor trade industry, ideally with dealership experience
Previous sales experience within the motor trade sector
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication and written skills
Ability to quickly adapt to new marketing tools and customer engagement techniques
