Our client is a well-established not for profit trust. They are now one of the UK's largest organisations in their field employing over 4000 people. Our client provides 70 care homes over six counties. They strive to remain at the forefront of innovative practice and care delivery.

Our client is looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant in the Southwest region

The ROLE
The sales and Marketing Assistant will be required to:

* To take ownership of, and monitor, the qualified leads generated by marketing activity and work with the Care Home Manager and Customer Service team to arrange tours of the relevant Care Home and subsequent customer journey.
* To identify and attend local networking opportunities to engage with key local stakeholders to develop relationships to build referral opportunities.
* To develop and manage community and stakeholder outreach events
* To source and develop effective local marketing lists, tools, kits, templates and collateral for use with stakeholders.
* To actively contribute to the social media activity.
* To develop relationships with key local media to encourage earned coverage to grow awareness and positive reputation.
* To liaise closely with the homes and the central marketing team.
* To organise and manage events both inside and outside of the home to build awareness and relationships with local stakeholder groups.
* The role is hybrid - 2/3 days a week at home.

The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for a strong Sales and Marketing Assistant/Executive with the following skills and experience:

* Experience in a customer facing sales and marketing role
* Worked alongside regional media and PR companies.
* Experience in a care environment is not essential.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* A pro-active nature with regards to leads and marketing activity.
* Professional communication skills.
