We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join the team of a specialist design and manufacturing company based in the Brownhills area.
Our client has a great reputation in the industry and is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and hands on manager to lead a small team within a supportive company.

Role & Responsibilities
* Leading a small sales & marketing team to drive performance
* Measuring and increasing revenue through team activity
* Driving B2B and B2C leads and enquiries
* Developing sales & marketing plans alongside the Directors
* Setting and developing team processes and procedures
* Ensuring that the HubSpot CRM is used to full potential to manage sales pipelines
* Analysis and reporting of sales prospects and results
* Direct involvement in sales activity and large accounts
Requirements:
* Experience of leading a sales and marketing team within and SME business
* Experience within construction, manufacturing or similar industries
* Ability to measure and analyse sales revenue
* Driven to increase team sales revenue and take responsibility for results
