Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients
• Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding journey
• Support the sales team by following up on leads and qualifying prospects
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems
