Hybrid Working (3 days at the office)

Salary £50,000 - £75,000 PA (depending on experience) OTE £100-£120K

Our client is looking for a Sales and Partnerships Manager with an AI-first mindset when it comes to tools, strategy, and building teams. You must be able to deliver results quickly, with urgency and resourcefulness, even in lean environments. You’ll be an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented person who is passionate about redefining mental health care. With a customer-first mindset, you are data-driven with a bias for action and hitting results. You’re comfortable operating at speed, and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, start-up environment.

One to One Recruitment aims to work closely with job seekers to find suitable roles that match what’s most important to you, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and present new market opportunities conducting industry segmentation research
  • Use multiple channels (cold calls, emails, networking etc) to generate your own lead
  • Research customer pain points and uncover buying motivations
  • Qualify prospects and prioritise those with high potential for conversion
  • Use AI tools to research, prospect and streamline outreach where possible - working smart to scale fast.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique challenges
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to meet prospective customer needs
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that highlight our platform’s unique value
  • Present pricing structures and proposals that align with client needs and budgets
  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns that generate leads and engage prospects
  • Leverage marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp) to track campaign success and refine strategies
  • Organise and support marketing events, webinars and campaigns to boost brand visibility and create new sales leads/opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure smooth client activation
  • Collect feedback to improve offerings and foster long-term partnerships

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in sales, ideally in B2B SaaS or health tech.
  • Proven ability to close deals with SME/mid-market clients and secure healthcare partnerships
  • Experience working in a small team/start-up
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling abilities
  • Demonstrable experience of closing £500K APR
  • Experience crafting persuasive marketing emails and supporting campaign creation with limited budget
  • Familiarity with a CRM e.g. HubSpot
  • AI -literate: experienced in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney) to optimise workflow and scale outputs
  • Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust quickly
  • High-energy self-starter with the hustle to thrive in a hectic, fast-paced startup environment
  • Team management experience is desired.
