Why This Role?
You'll be supporting core financial operations-from processing invoices and reconciling accounts to chasing payments and assisting with month-end. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth financial transactions and compliance with established financial procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing the sales ledger: invoicing, allocating payments, and debt recovery

• Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, and BACS payment runs

• Reconciling accounts and supporting audits and month-end processes

• Handling finance queries and supporting process improvements

• Collaborating across teams and contributing to broader college activities

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a busy finance team

• Solid understanding of sales and purchase ledger functions

• Good Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems

• AAT-qualified or working towards it (desirable)

• Strong communication skills and eye for detail
