You'll be the link between the drawing, the quote and the quality file, no two days quite the same.

As a Sales & Quality Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and populate customer quotations using drawings, specifications and internal pricing
Liaise with sub-contract suppliers to gather the information needed for quotes
Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic manufacturing requirements
Prepare and maintain First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and quality documentation
Record dimensional and inspection results accurately against drawings and customer requirements
Keep documentation complete, traceable and correctly filed
As a Sales & Quality Assistant, your experience will include:

A background in engineering or manufacturing, or a strong interest in the sector
Comfortable reading and understanding technical drawings
Experience with welding, fabrication, quality documentation or quotations is an advantage, though full training is provided
Strong numeracy and a genuine eye for detail
Confidence using Excel to record and maintain accurate data
