This role would suit someone with proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Relationship Management, or Customer Success, ideally within Professional Services, Engineering, Building Services, or a related sector.
The Role
Grow existing member and affiliate accounts through relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling. Identify new business opportunities and promote the organisation's full range of services and subscriptions. Build strong client relationships, represent the organisation at industry events, and encourage engagement. Maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipelines, and provide commercial reporting and market insights.
The Person
Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management. Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and account growth skills with a customer-focused approach. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. Commercially driven, organised, and willing to travel across the UK, with experience in professional services, engineering, or building services being advantageous.
