Job Description - Sales and Retention Manager

Brand new opportunity not to be missed ! Vantage are looking for a Sales and Retention Manager to join our team based in Toyota Leeds. In return you will receive a competitive basic salary of

£28,337.40 per

annum and up to £54,337.40 including OTE plus excellent benefits!
This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 08:30 - 18:00 with every other weekend off.

About the role:
Our Sales and Retention Managers purpose is to develop Vantages name, group approach for customer retention and ensure there is accountability at a centre level. This is to enable us to deliver consistency in approach and performance for retention, increasing customer lifetime value. The role will develop and execute renewal strategies and manage the tracking of retention activity within the centre. Our Finance Renewal Manager will support the centre in ensuring they are set up for success to deliver retention activity, building relationships and providing coaching to help them achieve their goals. This role will form part of the Sales Management team.
Our ideal Sales and Retention Manager will:
Enjoy working with people in a customer facing sales environment
Be data driven and the ability to interpret and analyse results to drive better customer and commercial outcomes whilst delivering KPIs
Have outstanding stakeholder management, able to deliver results working with cross functional teams
Be proactive and independent nature, always looking for ways to improve existing processes
Be creative, methodological problem-solving skills with a focus on efficient execution whilst
balancing big-picture thinking
Have excellent communication and presentation skills
Be organised and able to balance multiple projects and requests
You must hold a full clean UK Driving Licence
