What will do you as a Sales and Supply Administrator

• Processing of customer orders from order processing to raising customer invoices on dispatch
• Raise stock orders with suppliers & stock receipts on the system on delivery to the warehouse
• Liaise with third-party warehouse to manage customer & stock orders
• Update customer portals
• Deal with customer & supplier queries and complaints

What will you need to be a Sales and Supply Administrator

• Proficient in Excel
• Experience working in an administration or customer facing role
• Interest in Beauty would be an advantage
• Have a great team spirit and an ambitious outlook
