Part-time Sales Assistant – Redruth (TR15 3RR) - Plumb Centre

 As a Part-time Sales Assistant based in Redruth (TR15 3RR), you’ll be responsible for:  

• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders (which will involve heavy lifting), booking in and organising deliveries and merchandising displays to a high standard.

• Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies - to support the driver and cover any holidays.

• Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.

This is a Part-time, permanent role working 25 hours per week Mon-Thurs: 07:30-11:30 and Fridays: 07:30-16:30.

 And here’s what we’d like you to have: 

• Full UK manual driving license is essential - to cover delivery driving

• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

• Comfortable with heavy lifting

• A hands-on approach, using initiative when needed to work as part of a small team and support in all areas at the branch
