The oldest pharmacy in the world, it carries its activities in the very places where they all began, uniquely, more than 800 years ago.OFPSMN is looking for Sales Assistant for our shops in Piccadilly and Walton.The selected resource will carry out the following tasks:Welcoming the customersAssisted sales according to customer needs or preferencesCross sellingProduct knowledge and communicationBe a Brand Ambassador Goods assortmentInform customers about any promotions and new products Know-how and use of the cash register Manage customer service issues Reorganization and cleaning of products and exhibition floorsKnow company policies for refunds, exchanges, and returns Coordinate with management in case of potential safety or maintenance issuesRequirements:Knowledge of English medium level (other languages will be considered a plus)Predisposition to contact with the publicPredisposition to teamworkProblem solvingVerbal and written communication skillsAvailability to work even on weekendsStrong interest in the world of beautyPrevious experience in work in contact with the public (sales experiences will be a plus)The announcement is applied at both sexes, according to laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and all nationalities, according to legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
