Job Title: Sales Assistant – Menswear (Part-Time)
Location: City of London
Salary: £13.85 per hour + 1% commission
Contract: Part-time | 22.5 hours per week | Flexible schedule including Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional approach.

• Offer personalised product and styling advice tailored to individual needs.

• Manage customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and politely.

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Meet and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to overall store success.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including fits, fabrics, and tailoring.

• Promote tailoring services and customer loyalty programmed.

Visual Merchandising

• Maintain attractive product presentation and well-organised displays.

• Assist with seasonal merchandising updates and promotional displays.

• Ensure all styles and sizes are regularly replenished on the shop floor.

Store Operations

• Support with daily store procedures, including opening and closing.

• Participate in inventory tasks such as deliveries, stock checks, and organisation.

• Follow company policies and adhere to health and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, ideally within fashion or premium menswear.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods.

• Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic.
