Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example on the shop floor with a consultative, customer-first approach
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Foster a warm, inclusive environment aligned with the brand’s luxury ethos

About You:
- Proven experience in a luxury retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer journey from start to finish
- Naturally confident in developing meaningful client relationships
