Pippa Small Jewellery is seeking a dynamic, charismatic, and experienced high-end retail professional on a full-time basis for our boutique in Notting Hill, London.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a high standard of customer service
Convert new clients & retain existing clients via outreach, follow-up and providing superior customer service
Grow & maintain extensive client book
Demonstrate superior interpersonal & communication talent
Carry out additional tasks as requested by the management

Personal Profile
A minimum of 4 years luxury retail sales experience, preferably within a jewellery environment
Passion for providing excellent customer service.
Positive, 'can do' attitude and willingness to be involved with all projects.
Highly organised and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear effective communication with all management and colleagues.
Enthusiastic with a passion for jewellery.

Further details
Working hours are from 10am to 6pm
Four to five days a week Monday to Saturday.
