The Role
Working from our Covent Garden store, you will hold a key role within our fast-growing business, where you will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensuring that all customers receive the best experience and playing a key role in supporting Strathberry’s growing retail presence.

Please note: Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment is an essential requirement for this position.

Contract Type:

Full-time, 5 shifts a week on a rotating shift pattern, equating to 40 hours over a 7-day week. Permanent contract. Flexibility on weekends essential.

Salary:

Competitive, commission basis

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Delivering exceptional customer experience.
Driving sales into the store and creating a vibrant atmosphere.
POS transaction processing.
Helping with visual displays within the store.
Management of POS stock control and assisting on stock takes, when required.
Supporting promotions, events and launches to deliver the intended experience for customers.
Meeting individual and team sales goals.
Keeping the store tidy and clean, clear of any H&S hazards, and contributing to essential sales tasks.
Working with colleagues to monitor store security.
Assisting in all areas of stock shipping/receiving policies and paperwork.
Providing customer service support using Hero virtual shopping.
Providing general administrative support when and where necessary.

The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working in a luxury retail service environment (essential).
Flexible availability in relation to rotating shift patterns and hours. (essential).
Exceptional people skills and confidence when dealing with customers.
Understanding the importance of promoting and reflecting the image of a luxury brand.
Interest in the luxury fashion industry.
Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude.
A good level of numeracy and the ability to produce and maintain accurate records.
