Sales Associate - Luxury Jewellery Boutique

Central London | £40,000–£45,000 + Commission

Full-time, 5 days a week | In-store role

A prestigious luxury jewellery brand, known internationally and especially well-established in the Middle East, is opening a new flagship boutique in London. We're looking for a refined, client-focused Sales Associate to join the launch team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience to high-end clientele.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as a true ambassador of the brand, welcoming and advising VIP customers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a high-net-worth client base
• Working closely with the Boutique Manager to support daily operations and uphold the brand's standards
• Assisting with events, private appointments, and concierge partnerships
• Bringing energy, poise, and professionalism to every client interaction

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in luxury retail or jewellery, ideally with an existing client book
• Warm, polished communication and a passion for hospitality-level service
• A natural networker with a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, and refined retail
• Understanding of the Middle Eastern market is a plus
• Previous experience with luxury brands such as Cartier, Tiffany, or Chanel is highly desirable
