Job Description - Sales Associate (South-Within the M25)
To promote and sell our wide range of products across all levels of the NHS from theatres to wards and outpatients, working closely with the Business Development Manager, sales plans will be created and implemented to help deliver company growth and strategic targets.
Assist and manage customer meetings, study days and exhibitions.
Working with the Business Development Manager to utilise NHS objectives to
create and implement
business plans per account to drive sales.
Promoting existing products in NHS Trusts across all areas and assist in the launch of any new products.
Develop current business growth opportunities within the acute settings in line with sales targets and objectives.
Developing relationships and building up a rapport with specialist nurses and procurement personnel at all levels.
Accelerating profitable sales growth, identifying key product opportunities and focus accounts, utilising appropriate data.
Gather customer, competitor, framework and wider NHS intelligence considering and verbalising potential business impact.
Complying with all internal and external codes of conduct, including GDPR and all regulatory bodies.
Degree educated with a life science or business degree.
Experience in utilising Microsoft office suite e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Strong numerical, analytical skills to evaluate the commercial approach.
Sales experience and must have worked in a commercial position.
Strong people skills to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
A minimum of 12 months field sales experience.
Medical Sales experience
Smart in appearance, personable, and demonstrate commercial acumen.
