Sales Broker - Relocate to Dubai

Responsibilities:

• Drive outbound sales calls to convert leads into customers across various markets

• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate key accounts

• Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales KPIs

• Mentor and support junior telesales agents to improve team performance

• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on pipeline progress

• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to refine sales messaging

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of telesales or financial sales experience

• Exceptional phone communication and persuasion skills

• Strong closing ability and objection-handling techniques

• Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment

• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

• Comfortable relocating to Dubai (visa and relocation assistance provided)

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
