Role overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join and grow with an innovative and fast-growing tech company. You’ll pioneer their new sales team to drive growth within their customer base alongside a team of passionate and like-minded individuals. Playing a crucial role in cultivating relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads and closing deals you will be the catalyst for new business development.

You will be enrolled in our three-month Furza Sales Academy, providing you with robust training to become a target attaining salesperson. Alongside this, we provide ongoing coaching, management, and support to enable you to reach your full potential.

About you:
Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to boost business development success.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Self-starter with a passion to succeed
Ability to take a consultative approach to new prospects
Driven self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior sales experience is a plus but not a requirement as full training will be provided
Proficient in using ChatGPT and other generative AI tools
