Job Description - Sales Channel Development Manager

Our client, a hugely-established, global Hospitality/Real Estate business headquartered in Thailand, are looking to recruit an experienced, well-networked Sales Channel Development Manager to introduce high-net worth contacts/clients to their luxury overseas investments. Working on a remote/home-based contract, with the opportunity to fly over to beautiful resorts across Asia to close sales, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client boast resorts across 20+ countries, and have won over 3,000 separate awards since their inception. Having recently diversified their portfolio to include beautiful residential/commercial properties across South-East Asia, they are now seeking the perfect candidate to attract interest/investment from UK clients. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and nurturing sales channels to maximise revenue opportunities for group property development
- Networking and establishing business partnerships with high-net-worth UK clients
- Coordinating and attending roadshows / events, and developing other platforms to promote property offerings to potential/target markets
- Identifying and developing and nurturing channel partners to further strengthen property exposure
- On occasion, travelling to properties across South East Asia with potential investors to showcase products/investments on offer- Exceeding sales/revenue targets- Acting as the link between the company and potential investors, handling all communication to ensure a smooth working relationship across all fronts

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Minimum 10+ years' experience in overseas Real Estate sales/investments
- Fantastic UK-based investor network - black book of connections to approach with new investment opportunities
- Proven track record in exceeding sales/revenue targets
- Experience/exposure to selling overseas investment opportunities
- Fun, sociable personality with the ability to build strong relationships very quickly/efficiently
- Ability to travel internationally, when required, in order to close sales

In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £80,000 - £100,000, our client are also offering the following:

- Uncapped commission/bonus structure (realistic OTE: £125,000+)
- 100% autonomy on working life - home-based contract, with the ability to regularly travel to South East Asia if/when needed to close sales
- Fantastic progression opportunities as the company continues to grow
