Sales Client Manager in Ascot

Our client's hugely successful branch is looking for an experienced Estate Agent with a strong listing background to join their amazing team and list some fantastic properties & assist the manager in growing the branches market share.

The Package:

Basic - £26,000 to £30,200 depending on experience

OTE - £50,000

Full training programme, top performer rewards, annual trips, constant career progression.

The Role:

• Act as a point of contact in the managers absence to ensure the constant success of the branch
• Produce high conversion levels of MA's
• Be responsible for running the MA generation
• Assist the manager in developing the largest dominant market share
• Produce high quality marketing including photos & descriptions
• Help the manager structure and organise the office

The Person:

• Previous Estate Agency experience in similar role
• Listing Experience
• Target Driven
• Self Motivated & Enthusiastic
• Fantastic Organisational Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• High standards of service
• Car Owner with Full License & Business Insurance
