We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our clients dynamic team on the outskirts of Exeter. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders.
• Coordinate sales activities and provide administrative support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for stock replenishment.
• Support marketing initiatives and assist in organizing promotional events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
